Inclusion is a priority in the CSR approach of VITOGAZ France. Our aim is to develop accessibility for customers, prospects and partners/suppliers to all our services. By adopting the ACCEO solution, we are making our services accessible free of charge to deaf or hard of hearing people, thus offering the same level of information to all our contacts. A pictogram placed near the telephone numbers (invoices, website, etc.), indicates the existence of this service.

ACCEO is an application allowing deaf or hard of hearing people to exchange by phone with all the establishments subscribing to the solution. The application can be downloaded free of charge and is available on computer, tablet or smartphone.

VITOGAZ France thus offers simple and fluid exchanges, thanks to operators offering remote and real-time :

  • Instantaneous speech transcription
  • Video-interpretation in French Sign Language
  • Video-coding in French Completed Spoken Language

To access the ACCEO service, there are 3 possible ways of accessing it:

  1. The VITOGAZ France website
  2. The ACCEO website
  3. The ACCEO mobile application

The service user then chooses his contact option ….

  • Gas in tank – You are already a Customer
  • Gas in tank – You wish to become a Customer
  • Gas in cylinders – You are a customer or wish to become one
  • You are a supplier or partner of VITOGAZ France
