What we do

Powering everyday life and progress

Every day, Rubis Energie provides essential energy solutions that support communities and drive economic activity. Our products enable individuals and businesses to move, heat, power, produce and build, meeting fundamental everyday needs across the markets we serve.

As the world responds to the challenges of climate change, we are helping customers adapt their energy use by expanding access to more diverse energy solutions, promoting responsible practices and supporting a pragmatic energy transition tailored to the realities of each of our markets.

Energy distribution

Rubis Energie distributes fuels, heating oils, lubricants, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and bitumen to households, businesses and industrial customers across Europe, the Caribbean and Africa.

Our integrated business model enables us to manage the entire value chain, from sourcing and logistics to distribution and customer service. Supported by a robust network of strategic storage and distribution assets, we ensure reliable energy supply while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and operational excellence.

Through this expertise, Rubis Energie delivers essential energy solutions that support economic development and everyday life in the communities we serve.

Building on our long-standing expertise in energy distribution, Rubis Energie is progressively expanding its portfolio with more sustainable solutions that address the evolving needs of residential, commercial and industrial customers.

This transformation includes the development of solar energy solutions, the integration of lower-carbon fuels and energy sources, and support for our customers in their energy efficiency and decarbonisation initiatives. Our ambition is to provide high-performance, accessible and locally relevant solutions that help reduce environmental impact while meeting the specific needs of each market.

Because energy transitions vary from one country to another, we take a pragmatic approach, combining today’s energy solutions with tomorrow’s innovations. By working closely with our customers, we are helping build a more sustainable energy future that is both practical and adapted to local realities.

Support & Services Activities

Support & Services encompasses the infrastructure, logistics, supply and operational support activities that underpin Rubis Energie’s distribution and marketing businesses. These activities include refining, trading and supply operations, as well as the maritime transportation of petroleum products.

Backed by a strong industrial and logistics platform, Rubis Energie relies on a fleet of 10 wholly owned vessels, including five bitumen carriers, as well as 10 time-chartered tankers and gas carriers. The Group also operates a refinery with a theoretical annual processing capacity of around 800,000 tonnes, helping to ensure security of supply, operational reliability and efficient service across its markets.

More than just service stations
Customer expectations are evolving, and so are our service stations.

Across the markets where we operate, we are progressively transforming our sites into genuine convenience and service destinations that go far beyond energy supply.

In addition to fueling needs, our customers can access convenience retail through our Enjoy and Ultrashop brands, food and beverage offerings tailored to local preferences, everyday services such as ATMs, pharmacies and parcel lockers, as well as a comprehensive range of automotive services including car washes, oil changes, tyre services and lubricants.

Our ambition is simple: to make every visit useful, convenient and relevant to the needs of the communities we serve.
